OUR COMMUNITIES
Families, students, teachers and partners form a committed, multicultural community, fully invested in the success of each individual.

Les Amis du Verseau
Les Amis du Verseau was established with a single purpose, to enhance and enrich the educational experience of students at Ecole Internationale Le Verseau.
Les Amis du Verseau has funded the development of over 10,000 children through its support for Ecole Internationale Le Verseau and continues to enhance the educational experiences of children from Belgium and from all over the world, by supporting improvements to daily life and implementing initiatives that leave a positive mark on their educational and personal journey.

Verseau Sports, Arts et Langues
Verseau Sport, Arts et Langues a.s.b.l. (VSAL) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation.
It allows children to benefit from small-group lessons led by native English-speaking teachers following a dedicated curriculum that supports steady progress and builds strong foundations in the language.

Promosport
Born out of a passion for sport, the association offers sporting, fun and aquatic activities in the provinces of Brabant Wallon, Brussels, Hainaut, Liège and Namur.
At Promosport, we’re passionate about our job, where fun and mutual support are part of our daily routine. We also place particular emphasis on the expertise and autonomy of our teams, with an open mind and a focus on eco-responsibility.
PromoSport is a non-profit organisation recognised and approved by the O.N.E.

APPA – Parents’ Association
At Ecole Internationale Le Verseau, our children experience a very important period of their lives at school, among their classmates and teachers.
The Parents’ Association has set itself the sole objective of contributing, by all means, to the harmonious development of the Verseau “community,” by bringing its members closer together and fostering their relationships.

PSE-PMS
At École Internationale Le Verseau, the PSE (School Health Promotion Service) and PMS (Psycho-Medico-Social Centre) play an essential role in supporting the well-being of all students.
The PSE provides preventive medical care (health check-ups, vaccinations, screenings…) in collaboration with the school team and with the consent of students’ legal guardians. The PMS supports pupils throughout their educational, personal and social journey. It offers attentive listening, psychological support, and guidance counselling, in close partnership with families and teachers.
Present throughout the school years, these two services work hand in hand with the school to ensure that every child can grow and thrive in a safe, healthy and caring environment.
Charity work
The aims and work of the charities supported during the school year are explained in detail during the Religion / Ethics / Citizenship lessons. The same charities are supported each year.
These include the “Restos du Coeur”, “Face” for children in need, a charity supporting orphans in Cairo, « Les lucioles », « ClassContact »…

Verseau Volunteer
Le Verseau supports a variety of charities by organising sales or collections, but we have decided to go one step further and require all our students from 1st to 5th Secondary to take part in an annual volunteering opportunity. They are free to choose their own charitable organisation or to volunteer for an activity organised by the school. This year students have helped out at Community Kitchen in Brussels, Restos du Coeur in Wavre and Namur, two old people’s Homes in Wavre (la Résidence du Plateau and Résidence le Point du Jour), Sans Collier in Perwez, Le rêve d’Aby in Gembloux, La Prairie se rebelle in Lasne, Fedasil in Overijse and Rixensart, among others.
We believe it is important for students to contribute to their local community and be made aware of their own life chances.
If you are involved in a charitable organisation, please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to offer a volunteering opportunity to any of our students.
