Access to the school
Elementary
For Kindergarten and Primary
- Morning drop-off starts at 7:30 a.m. (via Rue de Wavre – Primary entrance)
End of the school day
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 12:05 p.m.
Secondary
The Secondary School is open from 8 a.m to 5.15 p.m.
Classes start at either 8.30 a.m. or 9.20 a.m. and finish at 3.40 p.m. or 4.30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 12.10 p.m. or 1 p.m., depending upon each student’s timetable.

Parking
The school has 3 car parks as well as drop-off zones and a bus-stop. Please see the practical information from each section to find out more.
Payment & access system
Payments and any administrative procedures regarding your child’s activities at school are dealt with only via the online portal. This service, called « APSchool » at our school is managed by APKiosk. Not only will you be able to pay for general expenses, (after school supervision, excursions) but also for meals which are to be booked in advance. You can access it via our school address : https://plateforme.apschool.be/
Public transport
In accordance with the new school time-table, a new TEC 37 bus schedule is confirmed to start in August 2025 for the new school term.
School restaurant
Children can choose between bringing a packed lunch from home or enjoying a hot meal provided at school. Students in Secondary also have an option to buy a sandwich.
