When lessons finish at 4.30pm students may stay in school and study under supervision free of charge until 5.15pm on Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays.

It is also possible to sign up to a homework club run by a separate not-for-profit organisation on school premises from 4.30pm until 6.15pm for which a fee is charged by the organisers.

School trips & outings

Each year pupils are required to take part in a certain number of day outings to reinforce learning as an integral part of the curriculum. In addition, they are expected to attend the annual school trip which may take place in Belgium (2nd Year, 3rd Year and 5th Year), lasting 2 days with one night away or abroad (1st Year, 4th Year and 6th Year, lasting one week).

These trips and outings are a vital element of Le Verseau school philosophy, encouraging learning through doing, enabling pupils and staff to reinforce relationships and develop resilience and team-work.
